1. Product Authenticity & Construction

Mulan Hanfu specializes in curating authentic traditional clothing from independent artisan brands. Please note:

• Construction Period: Most items are made-to-order in small batches. This typically takes 10-30 days. These are estimates and can vary based on artisan workload.
• Consolidated Shipping: Orders containing items with a construction period will not be shipped until all products in the order are ready.

2. Shipping & Tariffs

We provide international shipping via YunExpress, USPS, and EMS.

• Free Shipping Threshold: Free shipping is available for orders over $175 USD.
• Tariff Update (03/01/2025): Due to recent trade tariff adjustments, the free shipping minimum has been updated to $175 USD to maintain service quality.
• Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 days; international shipping takes 8-16 days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or unforeseen events.

3. Order Modifications & Address Changes

Accuracy is vital for successful delivery:

• Address Changes: Must be requested via support@mulanhanfu.com before shipping. Updating your account profile will NOT update an existing order.
• Modifications: Modifications depend on the construction status. Once an order is shipped, no changes can be made.

4. Cancellation Policy

We support cancellations within specific windows:

• Standard Items: Within 3 days of purchase.
• Pre-Order Items: Within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

5. Final Sale & Quality Guarantee

Strict No-Return Policy: Due to warehouse limitations and the nature of our partner brand agreements, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing, color, or mind-change issues.

Defects: If you receive a significantly damaged or defective item, contact care@mulanhanfu.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photo evidence for an investigation.
