This garment is designed with a high collar that elegantly hugs the neck and a silhouette that best flatters "pear-shaped" bodies with a flatter upper torso. The short-sleeved version includes delicate lace lining and a detachable butterfly bow, while the sleeveless version offers a clean, single-layer look with traditional "flower and leaf" hard-buckle closures. Every piece is crafted from natural materials pre-shrunk before tailoring to ensure quality and a timeless vintage aesthetic.

Sizing Note: Hand measurements may have a 1-2cm variance. The bust data has been adjusted to be 2cm smaller based on customer feedback to ensure a more precise fit.

CLEANING INFORMATION

  • Washing: Water washing is possible but strictly no machine wash; professional dry cleaning is highly recommended to prolong the life of the fabric.
  • Ironing: Natural silk will wrinkle after contact with water; iron while the garment is semi-dry to restore its smoothness.
  • Caution: Do not use hot water or violent rubbing; silk colors may naturally fade slightly after multiple washes.

A Note on Craftsmanship: As each piece is crafted with high-density natural materials, slight pilling of embroidery threads over time is a normal characteristic of the garment.

Due to a recent update in our warehouse policy, we are no longer able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This is because returned packages can no longer be sent back to our partner brands due to a shortened return window, and items cannot be reused as future inventory.

We offer free shipping to all countries with any order over $175 USD. Please note that the free shipping discount is calculated in USD only; international customers must reach the equivalent of $175 USD in their respective currency exchange.

Important Update (03/01/2025): Due to recent tariff adjustments, we have raised the minimum order amount for free shipping to $175. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delays & Liability: MULAN Hanfu shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, peak periods, adverse weather, or flight availability. There will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.
