Introducing our replica of the Jin Dynasty Pleated Lantern Pants from the Pahlavi Museum collection. The stunning aesthetics of ancient artisans remain timeless even today! These Pleated Lantern Trousers (百褶灯笼裤 - Bǎi zhě dēnglóng kù) are incredibly versatile for daily wear, convenient, stylish, and perfect for commuting or even dancing.

Designed for practicality, they feature large pockets on both sides—perfect for carrying your phone. The trousers are intentionally longer, as shorter versions tend to resemble less appealing calf-length pants. The gathered ankle cuffs prevent dragging and create the signature lantern shape that adds a playful bounce to your step. While the original artifact featured drawstring ties at the waist and ankles, we've opted for a flat front waistband with an elastic back for a cleaner look and greater comfort.

Crafted from soft, skin-friendly fabrics with excellent breathability and moisture absorption, these trousers won't feel stuffy, ensuring comfort throughout the day.

Fabric Composition

• Wood Brown & Deep Red Colors: Main Fabric: 59% Viscose, 21% Cupro, 20% Linen. Trim: 97% Polyester, 3% Spandex. (Feels slightly thicker, similar to a cotton-linen blend with a prominent linen texture).

• Dawn Pink, Shimmer Blue & Lotus Green Colors: Main Fabric: 65% Viscose, 24% Cupro, 11% Linen. Trim: 97% Polyester, 3% Spandex. (Feels slightly lighter and thinner, with more structure and the smooth feel of cupro).

Model Information

• Model 1 (Fan Li): Height 166cm, Weight 59kg, B/W/H 91/75/94cm, Wears Size L (Apple shape).

• Model 2 (A Zhou): Height 171cm, Weight 58kg, B/W/H 85/66/98cm, Wears Size XL (Pear shape). Note: Model wore XL in Shimmer Blue and L in Blue for photos.

• Model sizing in photos is for reference only and may not reflect their best fit size.

SIZING CHART (Unit: CM)

Note: Manual measurements may have a deviation of 1-3CM. The original artifact featured tied ankles, so these trousers are designed not to drag. Choose size based on waist measurement and desired lantern effect volume.

Sizing Suggestion: Due to potential differences in body types, we recommend considering one size up for a more comfortable fit. For pear-shaped bodies or those with wider hips, sizing up is particularly recommended.

CLEANING INFORMATION

• IMPORTANT: DO NOT TUMBLE DRY! Tumble drying will cause significant shrinkage.

• The fabric has been pre-shrunk; normal washing and air drying should not result in significant shrinkage.

• Wash colored garments separately to avoid potential color bleeding, especially on the first wash. (Wash tests showed minimal bleeding).

• Gentle hand washing or machine wash on a delicate cycle in cold water is recommended.

• Hang to dry in a cool, shaded area.

• Iron on a low to medium setting if needed.
