The collection offers several elegant color themes, including Emerald Mountains, Dark Brows (青山乌黛 - qīng shān wū dài), Brocade-Zither Years (锦瑟年华 - jǐn sè nián huá), and Floating Green Spring Hues (浮绿几春 - fú lǜ jǐ chūn). Return & Refund Policy

Due to a recent update in our warehouse policy, we are no longer able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This is because returned packages can no longer be sent back to our partner brands due to a shortened return window, and items cannot be reused as future inventory.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include your Order Number in the subject line and clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect. Our team will conduct a thorough investigation to provide a fair resolution.

Shipping

We offer free shipping to all countries with any order over $175 USD. Please note that the free shipping discount is calculated in USD only; international customers must reach the equivalent of $175 USD in their respective currency exchange.

Important Update (03/01/2025): Due to recent tariff adjustments, we have raised the minimum order amount for free shipping to $175. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delays & Liability: MULAN Hanfu shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, peak periods, adverse weather, or flight availability. There will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.
