The "Mí Ā Huáng (谜阿凰)" 'Four Seasons Auspiciousness' collection offers a layered, vibrant wardrobe blending the flowing elegance of Jin Dynasty (魏晋风 - Wèi Jìn fēng) style with rich patterns for modern daily wear, suitable for autumn and winter.

The featured outer layers include the Four Seasons Auspiciousness Pleated Robe (四时吉祥褶衣 - sì shí jí xiáng zhě yī) and its lighter counterpart, the Four Seasons Auspiciousness Unlined Robe (四时吉祥襌衣 - sì shí jí xiáng chán yī). Both robes are inspired by Northern Dynasties silk damask robes (北朝纹缘锦衣).

The Pleated Robe features a short, narrow-waisted design with slightly overlapping collars (对襟微微相交) and wide, flaring trumpet sleeves, following the popular style of the *Rú* (襦, short coat). It is crafted from a tight-woven corduroy print fabric with a plush surface texture, ensuring a soft, breathable feel and a draping fit that creates a casual, vintage atmosphere.

The Unlined Robe is styled after the Tang Dynasty unlined robes (素纱禅衣), featuring a centered back seam (后中缝) and flat, diagonal front cuts that achieve a comfortable dropped-shoulder effect, particularly easing fit around the shoulders and underarms.

CLEANING INFORMATION

  • Dry cleaning is the best recommendation for patterned or thick items (Pleated/Unlined Robes, Paneled Skirts).

  • Knitwear (Merino Wool) should be gently hand washed in cold water. Lay flat to dry.

  • Hand wash or gentle machine wash (in a laundry bag) in water below 30°C for other garments.

  • Use a mild, neutral detergent and separate dark and light colors for washing.

  • Do not soak or mix-wash; avoid twisting or wringing. Lay flat or hang to dry in the shade.

  • Do not bleach or tumble dry. Iron on a low temperature setting if necessary.

  • Garments may show slight creases when removed from packaging; these will naturally disappear after washing and hanging/steaming.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to a recent update in our warehouse policy, we are no longer able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This is because returned packages can no longer be sent back to our partner brands due to a shortened return window, and items cannot be reused as future inventory.

Quality Assurance & Exceptions: We stand by the quality of our curated collections. If you receive an item with significant damage or major defects, please reach out to us at support@mulanhanfu.com. To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include your Order Number in the subject line and clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect. Our team will conduct a thorough investigation to provide a fair resolution.

Shipping

We offer free shipping to all countries with any order over $175 USD. Please note that the free shipping discount is calculated in USD only; international customers must reach the equivalent of $175 USD in their respective currency exchange.

Important Update (03/01/2025): Due to recent tariff adjustments, we have raised the minimum order amount for free shipping to $175. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delays & Liability: MULAN Hanfu shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, peak periods, adverse weather, or flight availability. There will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.
