"Tracing the intricate beauty of the Tang, seeking the elegant clarity of the Song, and fusing the gilded splendor of the Ming." The "Huo Que (火雀 - The Crimson Phoenix)" collection is a runway piece that masterfully blends the aesthetics of multiple dynasties into a singular, stunning vision.

The design inspiration for the sleeveless Vest (马甲 - mǎ jiǎ) is a re-creation of the "Phoenix and Peony Red Wood Square Stool," an artifact from the Old Summer Palace. The faux coiled gold embroidery artfully depicts a scene of two phoenixes gazing at each other. Crafted from a geometric jacquard fabric, the vest has a cool and casual feel. It is adorned with handmade frog buttons and features a unique, crisscrossing asymmetrical hem that is rich in design.

The Pants (裤子 - kùzi) are based on an excavated Tang Dynasty silhouette, reimagined as modern wide-leg trousers. They are made from a textured satin that drapes beautifully. The Shirt (衬衫 - chèn shān) provides a clean, elegant base layer, allowing the intricate details of the vest to stand out.

CLEANING INFORMATION

  • Due to the delicate jacquard and satin fabrics, as well as the intricate embroidery on the vest, dry cleaning is recommended for all pieces.

  • If hand washing, use cold water and a mild, neutral detergent. Wash each piece separately to prevent color transfer.

  • Do not scrub the embroidered areas. Avoid bleaching and prolonged soaking.

  • Hang to dry in a cool, shaded area.

  • Iron on a low temperature with a press cloth.

We offer free shipping to all countries with any order over $175 USD. Please note that the free shipping discount is calculated in USD only; international customers must reach the equivalent of $175 USD in their respective currency exchange.

Delays & Liability: MULAN Hanfu shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, peak periods, adverse weather, or flight availability. There will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.
