This design draws its profound inspiration from the "sunlight on golden mountains" and the majestic Great Wall of China. The Mamian Skirt (马面裙) is a masterpiece of textile art, using circular and partial gold threads to construct a scene of the winding Great Wall, complete with the lush grass and trees of its fortresses, and dotted with mountains and rivers.

The intricate dark pattern is derived from Ming Dynasty brocade, featuring auspicious symbols like gold chains, silver ingots, and the Eight Treasures set against a backdrop of water ripples. This rich tapestry complements the gold-woven Great Wall, creating a harmonious and magnificent design that echoes the amber-gold hues of the wall's bricks.

This skirt can be paired with the elegant "Du Feng Ting" Han-Element Half-Collar Top (渡风庭汉元素半高领衬衫) or the cozy "Mo Tan" Black Sweater (墨潭黑色毛衣), making it a versatile and stunning choice for New Year's celebrations, toasting ceremonies, or engagement parties.

CLEANING INFORMATION

  • Due to the intricate gold-woven Imitation Zhuanghua fabric, dry cleaning is highly recommended for the Mamian Skirt.

  • The sweater and shirt can be gently hand-washed in cold water with a neutral detergent. Lay the sweater flat to dry to maintain its shape.

  • Wash dark and light colors separately. Do not bleach or soak for extended periods.

  • Iron on a low temperature with a press cloth, being especially careful around the gold-woven areas of the skirt and the jacquard pattern of the shirt.

Due to a recent update in our warehouse policy, we are no longer able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This is because returned packages can no longer be sent back to our partner brands due to a shortened return window, and items cannot be reused as future inventory.

Shipping

We offer free shipping to all countries with any order over $175 USD. Please note that the free shipping discount is calculated in USD only; international customers must reach the equivalent of $175 USD in their respective currency exchange.

Important Update (03/01/2025): Due to recent tariff adjustments, we have raised the minimum order amount for free shipping to $175. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delays & Liability: MULAN Hanfu shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, peak periods, adverse weather, or flight availability. There will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.
