These shoes feature a customized mercerized fabric that offers a smoother, more premium texture resistant to creases and scratches. Unlike standard market versions, our 长卿 (Cháng Qīng) shoes utilize a specialized mold for the upturned toe to ensure a perfect fit that is soft, breathable, and holds its shape without fatiguing the feet. Available in both a lightweight flat sole for effortless grace and a 4cm hidden heel to elongate the silhouette, these "Dengyun" style shoes are the ultimate accessory for any historical Hanfu ensemble.

Fit Note: This model runs true to size with a slightly loose fit. If you have very thin feet, you may consider sizing down by one. For those with wide feet or high arches, we recommend sizing up. Manual measurements may have a variance of 0.5cm.

CLEANING INFORMATION

  • Light Stains: Gently wipe the upper fabric with a soft cotton cloth.
  • Heavy Soil: Use a soft brush dipped in water to scrub the area; place the shoes with the soles facing up to air dry in a shaded area.
  • Anti-Yellowing: When air drying, wrap the shoes in multiple layers of tissue paper to prevent yellowing.
  • Maintenance: Avoid exposure to intense sunlight and friction with hard objects to prevent scratching.

Due to a recent update in our warehouse policy, we are no longer able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This is because returned packages can no longer be sent back to our partner brands due to a shortened return window, and items cannot be reused as future inventory.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include your Order Number in the subject line and clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect. Shipping

We offer free shipping to all countries with any order over $175 USD. Please note that the free shipping discount is calculated in USD only; international customers must reach the equivalent of $175 USD in their respective currency exchange.

Important Update (03/01/2025): Due to recent tariff adjustments, we have raised the minimum order amount for free shipping to $175. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delays & Liability: MULAN Hanfu shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, peak periods, adverse weather, or flight availability. There will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.

Customer Action: If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please double-check your submitted shipping address and contact your local postal service for the most recent updates.
